I normally don't post many mommy moments, because let's face it - I'm normally copying someone else and phoning it in at that. But, I think my girls' Valentines this year are super cute and took such minimal effort, I had to post! So if you haven't done your kids' Valentines yet, never fear.
I saw the "All that & A Bag of Chips" idea on Pinterest, and found these adorable free printables on the My 3 Monsters blog. I like the idea of giving chips instead of candy - they are more filling after all. And, if my kids want a snack, I'm SO much more likely to allow chips than chocolate. Right? I feel your nods of agreement. So, after printing and trimming the adorable printables, we personalized them, attached them to Sunchip grab bags via a stapler, and voila!

For my preschooler, we decided to go with M&M's, primarily because they recently studied the letter M ( that was little R's letter bucket letter), and we thought it was cute to say "I hope you have Most Marvelous Valentine's Day!" My husband put these together in Word and then somehow converted to a Jpeg for printing. (That man is a genius I tell you). I also let the preschooler try to personalize her Valentines, which she quickly lost interest in. We then trimmed and stapled them to mini bags of Valentine M&M's and voila again! You can use this link to download a look-alike M&M image to create and personalize your own Most Marvelous Valentines.
